-weis لاحقة اشتقاقية منتجة، تقابل تقريبًا اللاحقة الإنجليزية -wise. تُستخدم لتكوين تعابير ظرفية من الأسماء أو الصفات. ليست كلمة مستقلة، ولا تُصرف، ولا لها حالات إعرابية. تظهر كثيرًا في الأسلوب المكتوب.
