Blind means unable to see (physically) and figuratively lacking insight or awareness (blindly). It is a gradable adjective: comparative blinder, superlative am blindesten. Used attributively and predicatively like other adjectives. No irregular declension beyond normal adjective endings in German. It's common in everyday usage.
