Sprechen: 'to speak' or 'to talk' (also 'to speak a language'). Commonly used with prepositions: mit + D (speak with someone), über + A (speak about). Strong irregular verb: e→i (du sprichst, er spricht); Perfekt is 'gesprochen' with auxiliary haben. Not reflexive or separable.
