Realistisch means 'realistic' (often describing ideas, expectations, or depictions). It’s gradable: comparative realistischer, superlative am realistischsten. Opposite: unrealistisch. No special prepositions or reflexive use. As an adjective it’s regular in inflection and commonly used attributively and predicatively. Used attributively (ein realistischer Plan) and predicatively (Der Plan ist realistisch).
