Kümmern: means 'to take care (of)' or 'to concern oneself'. It is used reflexively: sich kümmern um + accusative (Ich kümmere mich um das Kind). Uses auxiliary haben in perfect (hat sich gekümmert). Regular weak verb (gekümmert), no stem changes. Common in everyday caregiving and worries.
