Local & Temporal Prepositions — Space and Time 📍🕰️
Local prepositions describe places (in, an, auf, vor), while temporal prepositions describe time (um 8 Uhr, am Montag, im Sommer). Many prepositions serve dual purposes: 'in' can mean inside a building (local) or within a month (temporal).

Prepositions are tricky because they don't translates 1:1.
In English, you say "at the station" and "at 8 o'clock".
In German, those are two completely different words (am Bahnhof vs um 8 Uhr).
